Warranty and Return Policies

1. Limited Warranty Period: 

All our paddles are sold with 60 days warranty that covers any defects in the paddle's core, face, or edge, including any structural failure.

2. Defect Coverage:

We are not liable for any damages or defects resulting from bad usage or normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, or dents.

3. Exclusions: 

Damages resulting from accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or modifications made to the paddle may not be eligible for warranty return. 

4. Return Process:

Prior to returning the pickleball paddle, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number, using the form below. Returns received without a valid return authorization number or preapproval, may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs: 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the paddle.

6. Inspection and Resolution: 

Our staff will inspect the returned paddle to determine if they qualify for warranty coverage. If approved, we will offer to replace the defective paddle for brand new ones.

7. Limited Liability: 

Global Pickleball Inc. responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the defective paddles and excludes any consequential or incidental damages.
